Delivery times may be longer than usual due to the COVID-19 pandemic across the globe.
We will arrange the shipment as soon as the delivery industry gets back to normal.
Do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current provisions (e.g. schools).

Free shipping to all locations on any order.
Shipping Orders
Normally orders will ship within 1-3 business days of processing payment, unless particularly noted elsewhere on the website, at the time order is placed, or you receive an email notice that an item in your order has been delayed.
Most elegiants.com orders will be processed by Amazon and shipped directly from Amazon distribution center.
When you place an order on the ELEGIANT website, you will receive a shipping info email from Amazon. Please check your email address. In addition, you can also check the shipping info through track order.
Some orders from elegiants.com may be shipped directly from local warehouse or overseas warehouse of ELEGIANTS.
Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or the time the order has been placed. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. All purchases through elegiants.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.
Delivery Address
A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Occasionally packages are returned to ELEGIANT as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to ELEGIANT, please contact ELEGIANT to make arrangements for reshipment.
Taxes & Tariffs
Do I need to pay import taxes and duties?
You are responsible for all import taxes and duties that may be charged when your parcel passes through Customs. Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when the goods you have ordered from us arrive in your country.
We advise you to find out about the local regulations prior to ordering from us. ELEGIANT can not give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country.
If you refuse delivery of a parcel due to import duties or taxes, you assume all liability for all costs involved in returning the item to us.
How can I find out about my local import tariffs?
Every country has its own import regulations and restrictions. You can contact or refer to the official website of your local post office or customs agency to estimate the amount of import duties you may have to pay.
